Right now my hair colour is this

and I want it to be this

do i need to bleach my hair to go this colour or could i just do it ?
and im not sure if the colour would suit me? if i dont like it can I get rid of it, like i know my sister got this shampoo thing or something and it removed every trace of hair dye in her hair and she went back to her normal colour can i do that if i bleach it though?
