Do I need this for my chevy Cobalt?

I'm installing an aftermarket radio and I'm wondering if I need this for it to be installed?? heres the link - http://www.sjgreatdeals.com/sisgm1593b.html . If you can please help!!
I forgot to mention I have a 2006 Chevy Cobalt
 
You planning on hooking up computers in your car? If not, then no, there are many cheaper options to use than that one.
 
just remove old one and slide new one in its place all one needs.. some times you will need new wire ends but you can work a round that you dont need any new parts unless you break them..you dont need it
