you don't need new bearings at all. Just take off your original sprocket, and replace it with the 25 tooth. Most brand name and new bikes already have a small sprocket on it, so you wont need any new hardware at all. But if you do and don't know what you need, your local bike shop or bmx shop will be able to help you out.
