Ok for the last month the theft light keeps blinking and my car wouldn't start till it stopped blinking . But today my car wouldn't start at all and the theft light wouldn't go out. I had a friend look at it and he said it is the starter cause he connected a wire underneath (the car) and jump started it and it started. My husband said our friend used a code reader and it read that it was the starter.
It just doesn't make sense why the theft light is blinking so that's why I need another opinion I try to start it and it doesn't turn over or make any noise but all the light are working/showing stereo etc. Please can someone help me
