Do I need new speaker wires in my 2003 Dodge Dakota?

i plan on buying new speakers for the front and rear doors in my truck to replace the stock ones. Do i really need to re run new wires? i do plan on puting in an amp for these speakers in the future. Their rms is 50 wats
