I own a 2003 Dodge Neon SXT, and I recently purchase a new keyless entry remote from the dealership, and the dealer says in order to sync it with my vehicle I need the owner's manual (which I don't have)
My question is, is there any way I can sync this remote to my car without my manual? I understand third-party remotes can be installed through a series of steps, do they also require the manual?
