I had my first photography session with a friend and her granddaughter, a few days ago. I am charging for prints, plus, my time, gas, etc. I was wondering if anyone, from Oklahoma, could tell me if I need any type of license, or whatever, to do this. I'm not making photography my job, but as a hobby and, yes, as a way to make a little extra cash. Also, I've considered a "name" like, "I See You Photography" (example) along with a copyright mark.
