You'll have an unbalanced system; heavy bass, weak mid and high level sound. However, bass typically doesn't run constantly, so it's not like you wouldn't be able to hear the speakers most of the time. Regardless, I think for a reasonably balanced system you'd want to amp the door speakers, depending on the 6x9s you've got maybe something like a 75x4 amp would be plenty.
