My car is in my dads name because i didn't have a license when i got the car but now my license is suspended because of speeding tickets but i need to put the car in my name can i do it?
Yes. As long as you don't drive it, you can have it in your name. Trying to get plates may cause a problem. Many States require proof of insurance to issue tags. You can't get insurance with a suspended license.
