Do I need a transformer, adaptor or converter for my American digital photo

In Aus, the freq is 60 Hz, just like it is in the U.S.
I think the main-line voltage is 230 V everywhere.
 
frame in Australia? I have a nextar N3-507 3.5inch digital photo frame with an American plug. On the usb adaptor that plugs from the frame to the wall it says:

input: 100-240V, 0.15Amax 50-60Hz
output: 5.0V 0.5A

I think these volts will work with australia and only need an adaptor to change the plug shape. I don't want to mess up the frame by not using a transformer for the volts if I need that also. What exactly do I need?
