...isn't identifiable? I took a photograph of my friends bare back - (she is over eighteen) - she is not recognizable in the photograph, no part of her face is showing. I know for a photograph you need written permission from the model to publish ect the photograph legally. Do i need her written permission if she is unidentifiable?
i ask because i got the photo published in a magazine and she is currently mad because i didntt have written permission from her, but she isn't identifiable, or recognizable in any way so i didn't think id need it.
