Unlikely. A "low voltage" license where I live is actually an endorsement for working in home construction with low voltage system in housing. It just assures the construction and electrical workers know the building codes they need to follow. There are building codes for ALL wiring in a house to prevent situations where there might be hotspots which might cause a fire. Low voltage just means it is less of a shock hazard, but no less a fire hazard as the normal high voltage wiring.
