To drive your pocket bike on public roads, you need to register it with the dmv, and pass emissions and inspection. Which won't be happening for the pocket bike. Basically it's illegal to drive on roads no matter what license you have
no don't EVER drive Chinese unregistered pocket bike on the street! just buy a used kawasaki ninja 250r for $1000-$4000 it will save money your life i cant expalin but trust me a small chinise bike may fail in a 60mph highway!... with out warning i know because i had a couple of X18 pocket bikes the faild on me a lot of times there not reliable too! thats why i saved my life time money for a small safe bike
