Do I need a business license for yoga classes at a park?

I am going to start teaching yoga outside at a park and I was wondering if I need a business license? I know you do if you have your own studio, but I am lost on if I need one for just outdoors? I know I have to be certified and I am, so that is not the problem. I just need to know if in Utah they require you to register as a small business if you're just doing this outside with not that many clients.
Additional:
It'd be 3 days/week and 2 times each day for people who could only make a night/morning class.
It would only be about 10 clients.
I will only be charging $5/class per person or $40/month pass.

You need a Business License, Sales Tax number and a Permit from the parks dept. The parks dept or your municipality will want to see your License, Sales tax card and will charge you a fee.
