i know mercury comes mostly from tuna. i hear its really bad for you because its high in mercury. i already had a tuna salad today, and tuna salad yesterday. (about 1 cup of tuna) i eat canned tuna (in water if it makes a difference) pretty often, i mean i have been cutting back, but i still eat tons. if i start eating less will my mercury levels go down? how much should i eat per month? is there any food that will lower my mercury levels? will drinking a lot of water or green tea, make me pee it out or something?
