Okay so im going to america next month and i heard you can stay there for 90 days just visiting, but when my 90 days are over to i have to wait for a fixed period of time before i can go and stay another 30 days? And could i take an american citizenship test if im just visiting and not an actual illegal immigrant? As i would like to eventually move there and permanently live there. I cant get a green card unless i marry my fiance but hes a year off being able to marry, thanks for any answers.
Do i have to wait? and american citizenship test.?
