Do I have to take up maths in 11th to understand Physics?

I am in 11th grade and I want to become a mbbs doctor ...i have to options :
1. Physics,chemistry,biology + maths
2.PCB + psychology

which one should I choose?
Will i be able to understand physics if I dont study maths
