Do I have to pay tuition fees or any other fees in Scotland? I live in the EU (Italy) and I would like to study at a university in Scotland. While surfing the net I've found some websites saying that EU members do not have to pay any tuition fees, and others websites stating that I should pay a home rate fee...I'm a bit confused, could please help me anyone?
