Do I have to pay the court fees for my landlord -Florida-?

I have a friend who lives in FLORIDA and is going to court with her landlord because she was late with her rent. She has the money but has to pay the court. My question is does she have to pay the landlord court fees as well? Or is she just responsible for the late rent payment.
