I got my iPod Touch less than a year ago and the headphone jack stopped giving sound from 1 side of my earphones. I can only get by moving it at an angle. I even bought new earphones and still got the same problem.
So I went to the online support on the Apple website and gave all my information. Now I have to send my iPod through UPS mailing service. Do I have to pay for the shipping service? if so how much?
I'm only 16 and I'm not sure if I can use that service.
