do i have to pay an early cancellation fee for t-mobile if....?

t-mobile is recently trying to rip me off with a $600 bill. i had an unlimited text plan with them for about a year, so on my last bill they appearently took off the texting plan without my authorization so we were using texts thinking we had the plan. so now the bill says we have additional text charges bringing the bill up to 600. i called them already days ago and they keep saying that the supervisor has not aproved any changes on my account to fix the problem, they are basically trrying to say that they cant do anything about it..
so i want to cancel my contracts with them, what can i do so i dont pay that early fee? i am getting ripped off and i am not certainly satisfied with them!!
i am also thinking on sueing those a s s holes.
