pages on the map ? Do I have to have all the view points in assassins creed 2 to see all of the codex pages on the map ? because i cant see the last five anywhere please answer asap.
 
Having all viewpoints will show where all the codex pages are on the map. Unless you want to look for them blindly I always went up for the viewpoints.
 
Towards the end of the game, Sequence 14, Ezio finds out the locations to any codex page you haven't found. If you don't wanna wait till then you need to go to every view point to make sure you don't miss any pages. Some of the codex pages can only be acquired through story missions.
