I sometimes take in cats when the vet is overcrowded. I find them good homes. There is NO city regulations in my town for how many cats a person can have, but it never goes over 4 or 5. I just do this to help out the vet's office when they are overcrowded.
Do i have to have a business license for this? Any type of license?
