Well i got a ticket after a soccer game...we where in a truck and the cop pull us over..we were like 10 people in their..so yeah..I'm just curious if i have to go to court..or just pay the pathetic ticket the cop gave me for not having a seat belt???

In most places you just pay it.It is not worth going to court for if you don't have to since you had ten people in one vehicle.

There may be a court date on the front but that does not necessarily mean you can't prepay it. There should be a phone number or web address on the back.

If you can prepay pay well in advance. Sometimes it takes a while before it goes through the system and actually reaches the court. Because if it doesn't the judge will be wondering where you are on court day.

If that happens your license could be suspended the next day and then you have to pay a reinstatement fee.

Depending on where you live if you happen to be a minor you might have to go to court regardless.

Generally a seat belt ticket can just be paid, but if the officer gave you a mandatory court appearance ticket then you have to go to court.
