Do I have to get my wisdom teeth removed?

All 4 of my wisdom teeth are coming in and when the upper ones came in, I noticed that when I puff my cheeks out I feel a sore type of pain. They don't look impacted and I have no health insurance to see a doctor. Also, I noticed my lymph gland under my jaw of the same side is swollen. Any ideas? Thanks
