Do I have to blur out car number plates before I upload them to YouTube?

Privacy from what? They drive them on public roads I assume. The same people on youtube drive on those roads as well. I don't care if my license plate is on youtube, because I drive down the road with it in front of millions of people everyday. I'm sure they pass more people on the road in one month, then the amount of views you will get on your video in 1 year.
 
I have a video of 30+ Ferraris driving through my hometown, which I want to put on YouTube. In most of the photos you can clearly see the car's number plates? Should I blur them out for privacy reasons before I upload them to YouTube?
