on the week beginning september i did not send me 2 children to school because they were both ill, the school referred my case to education welfare officer i had a group meeting and they said a review period should take place well that was the only week they were not at school and have been attending now not one day off but i have now received a cour summons to attend what do i plea? guilty or not guilty? or should i not attend? pls advice as i have never Been to a court and do no now what to expect???
do i have to Attend court?
