TCF Bank will not return $3,400 that vanished from my account. My claim is now over 30 days old and they keep telling me another week. My rent is due on the 5th of July. My car payment is due on the 10th and I am unemployed.
I am done calling and trying to work things out on the phone. They simply tell me "sorry, our hands are tied".
Do I have the right to make a sign that says:
DO NOT BANK WITH TCF!
(My Money Vanished!)
and walk up and down a public sidewalk outside of one of their branch offices?
