Do I have potential in track? Sorry for rambling.?

15 year old freshman male pr in track 800 2 10, ran that with very tight almost pulled hamstrings
so i missed sum practices and im guessin i cuda gone 2 08, my 400 is about 58,
ran the 2 10 with 60, 70. I could probably get that 400 down because I have sprinting speed.
Do i have potential to get sub 2 or 1 55 by senior year?
i also havta get better for xc, cuz my pr dis year 5k wuz like 19 50 i suked and missed nearly all practices and hated it
Is it possible for me to get 17 30 or below sophomore year. i ran the mile once in track and got 5 17, not trying very hard

now the 17:30 for the 5k is manageable and the 155 for the 800 is also, but a 15:30 is a long shot. now im not saying you cant do it but i am saying that is 5:10 split miles which is well.... going to take a lot of hard work and commitment to achieve, anyways you can get a lot better with practice and training. hard work and bieng mentally ready will help a lot in all of these events since they are more mentality events than physical. if you want a plan for training for any of these things during the summer send me an email at [email protected]
