Okay, so on Thursday I did sprint training. I basically did 10 sprints on an incline hill for 30 seconRAB each.
I rested for 3minutes between each lap by doing a slow phase running.
At this day and on my heart rate is up by quite a significant amount.
At the first day I experienced this I couldn't fall asleep until 1:00am because my heart was beating fast.
Now the rate slowed down but it still beats quite fast.
Occasionally I feel chest pains and my heart sometimes hurts.
I measured my heart rate and it was 69 beats per minute when I was in a relaxed mode.
My blood pressure was 130. Something must be wrong because average people have 60 beats in a relaxed mode, and I'm pretty sure my cardiovascular fitness is above average.
The funny thing is that even after that, yesterday in P.E I preformed quite well and I even noticed that my cardiovascular fitness improved. I managed to keep up quite a fast phase for a more extended period of time.
Meaning my heart managed to work harder longer.
I'm not very new to sprint training I've done it quite a few times before but I've never experienced this.
Another question is, in about 1-2weeks I'm planning to start weight lifting, should I delay it or is it okay exercising like this? By exercising I mean quite strenuous exercising.
I'm also planning to see a doctor in the weekend.
My nutrition is also good, lately I've been eating mostly whole grain fooRAB, vegetables, nuts, meat etc...
And for further info I'm 14 years old.
