I had sex with this girl and I also gave her oral and we were kissing and stuff. She had no signs of herpes at all, but now it's four days later and there's a spot of redness on my lip and my lips are also a bit dry and cracked, it's not inflamed or anything, it's just a bit red. I also have an extremely tiny bump on the inside of my bottom lip, but it's tiny, you can't even see it but I can feel it when I brush my lip against it. Could this be herpes?
Do I have oral herpes?
