Will running about 20-30 minutes 4 days a week until end of febuary get me in shape for track? I also will use my bros weights also. I would start now, but I think I sprained my foot or possibly broke a part- I haven't gone to the doc yet cause it's slowly fellin a bit better after a week but I can not walk without limping and putting a lot of weight on it. But hopefully next week I can run. I used to run alot, but I haven't lately- will running/jogging and eating right do the trick? I've never done track but I really want to! My friend does pole vaulting but she says it's hard but she's really strong and fit too . Any suggestions!? Thanks!!
