do i have an eating disorder?

hi im am a 13 (almost 14) year old girl
i try to only eat one meal a day and less than 600 calories
i used to make myself throw up but i stopped doing that
i try to walk about 3 miles everyday and im constintly weighing
myself, my friends are always telling me i dont eat and i have a
problem but im not sure if i do everyone in my family is natuarly
skinny so i dont they would understand
 
one meal & 3 miles ? yes i think you do & you need to start eating 3 meals a day or snack throughout the day . get someone you can trust to help you get back on the right track .
 
You probably do. Consult a doctor.

But you're only 13, your body is still growing and developing. You'll grow and should lose weight naturally by stretching up.
 
YES!! I hate to say it but you do have a disorder and you should seek professional help. You have an obsession about being skinny. By only eating 600 calories a day you are starving yourself. The throwing up is called bulimic and its VERY bad for you. You can stay skinny by eating healthy foods!! By the way... your only 13 yrs old. You should be worrying about your future more than how many calories you are taking in during the day. My suggestion is to eat more than 600 calories a day but eat healthy things. Veggies, chicken, fish..... if you eat healthy and exercise your not going to gain weight and you will be doing it the right way instead of starving yourself!

Obviously you want everyone to think that.
It depends on what you DO eat, not what you TRY to eat.
Plenty of people try to at 600 per day. What do you eat? Always less than 600? What sort of things do you eat? How long has it been going on for? Is it consistant, like every day?

Doesn't matter anyway. They can't do anything for eating disorders and you won't be put in hopsital unless you are on the verge of death and your parents are rich.
