Kay, so here's the deal....
I eat a normal breakfast but I purge it all. At lunch i will either pretend to have eaten or purge what I actually did eat. When I purge, I usually make myself vomit 2 or 3 times to make sure i get rid of all the food. So basically I empty my tummy completely. I try and keep dinner under 650 calories so that that will be my final calorie count. I become infuriated with myself if I eat anything in between lunch and dinner and often if I eat extra I'll tell myself that I'm worthless and ugly until I can't take it and purge I get even more angry if I lose control and keep it down. I am, truly, excessively fat. I'm 119 pounds and 5 ft. 4 inches. I thought I had overcome this, but I was at dinner with my dad, and I had a steak, veggies and mozzarella sticks and I couldn't take it. I want to know who this monster is so I can get help to get rid of it. Please tell me what you think I have.
