do i have a normal cold or shall i go doctors?

I have a fever, got a really horrible headache that hasn't disappeared, got an earache and my eyes hurt. Also I keep feeling sick or being sick and have a sore throat.
For the person below, the feeling sick bit.. I literally feel like I will throw up anytime, and it won't go away.
