im 13 i live in the uk. I have history of mental illness in my family, as my brother has psychotic depresion, and my gramp has depresion and my auntie. i get down one day and really hyper and happy the next?. ive self harmed, and am very paranoid. someone could be talking walking by and i think their laughing at me?. last week iwas serious about suicide and my friends had to stop me, and blackmail me. and ive been suicidal many times before. i keep changing myself, and its hard finding who iam. help?/: and what would a doc say if i went to them and said iwas suicidal? would they put me in a loony bin?, i push away people i think are pushing me away,and my relationships with people are fading. and i cant get to sleep at night. what to do?, do i have a mental ilnes?
