Do I Have a Healthy Lifestyle?

Hi, I'm Brye. I'm 13 years old, I weigh 123 pounds and I'm 5'3". I have a broad and sturdy build, but I think I'm fat.
My exercise routine in the summer was to go to the gym 5-6 times a week and burn anywhere from 700-1500 calories on the bicycle or elliptical with crunches and weightlifting every other day. Now that school is back in, I don't have time to do that since the gym is about half an hour away from my house, so instead I run at least three miles a day, five times a week and fidget all day long at school (I continuously bounce my legs up and down for more than five hours every day). I play on the soccer team in the spring, and I play basketball with my friends at recess for twenty minutes. I still do crunches and light weight training. Is this enough exercise, or should I do more?
My food intake is something like this: For breakfast I have a bowl of maple and brown sugar oatmeal with water, not milk. For lunch I have a reduced-fat peanut butter and jelly sandwich on those 100-calorie whole-wheat sandwich rounds with a banana. For snacks I usually have grapes or a banana with reduced-fat peanut butter. Sometimes I'll have raw veggies with light honey mustard. Dinner is kind of varied. Sometimes I'll have half a Lean Cuisine pepperoni pizza with Activia Light yogurt. Other times I'll have a plate of skinless cooked chicken, and other times I'll have 94% fat free popcorn with Activia Light yogurt. On rare occasion I'll have a cup of Skinny Cow or Weight Watchers ice cream. Is my diet and exercise routine okay? Is my weight healthy for my height? Thank you!
I'm size 4-6 (depending on how clothing is made), and even though the clothes fit me comfortably, when I sit down my stomach poofs over my shorts a little bit. Is it normal to have this fat?
