do i have a chance of getting into american university?

hi, so i have a 3.65 gpa and well mt sat scores were horrible it was my first time and i got a 1410 including the writing section i plan on retaking it. i am really invovled withe enviromentaL committe in my school. i really want to go to au because i want to study political science and history so that i can become a lawyer
