Do I have a chance of getting in to the University of Maryland (College Park)?

I have a 3.31 unweighted GPA and a 4.04 weighted GPA. I am in the top 20% of my class. I played soccer, participate in Student Council, Technical Theatre, and the Muslim Student Association and work part time. I also have a 1730 SAT score (600 reading, 570 math, 540 writing). I want to major in History and Secondary Education. My chances???
