My father had a will in which he left my brother his home. Upon realizing he was very sick he called all of us together and told us that he wanted us to split the home. That if it was sold the money was to be split between us and if not then both of us was to be joint owners. My brother agreed to this. There were witnesses to our agreement. The will was never changed but we know this was his desire and again, we have witnesses to this agreement. My step mother was even there to witness it. My question is do I have a chance at fighting this will. My brother refuses to even discuss it but has said that it's his and I am entitled to nothing. So do I have a chance or am I wasting my time?
