Do I have a body Image problem ?

I am 5'3 114lbs. I think my thighs are way to big. I also want to drop at least 5lbs. Everyone says that I am not fat but all I can think about is how big my thighs are. I want to drop more weight really bad.
 
If you are 5'3" 114 lbs... then NO... you are not fat!!! If you think that your thighs are to big, don't try dieting or anything like that!!! The prob is your thighs, so try doing some leg lifts to tone your thighs!!! It WILL work if you keep at it!!!
 
yes, you have a body image problem. think about it, what are the limits to how much you want to change yourself? If you stay on the path, you will never be happy no matter how "perfect" you are.

Health first. If you're body mass index is withing some range of reasonable (you can find these out on zillions of sites) and you still think you are not right, that pretty much is a body image issue. This applies to both overweight and underweight.
 
Without a picture it is hard to judge, but I will say that we as individuals are way too critical with how we judge our images.

Your friends may probably be right.
 
Not really, you could lose five pounds.
But I'm sure you're perfect the way you are.
