i had and accident at work. i slipped and hit the edge of the locker. it was within the time of my shift. i got three stitches and ended up with black eye. couldnt go to work for more than a week. at this time i didnt have any more sick pay i could have used. my question is: should the company pay me for that week as it happened during my shift and at the company premises ? thanx for answer
