ok this is my freshman year at college and i filled out my fasfa back in January and they told me i was awarded 3000 dollars. ok now fast foward to school and im trying to get my financial aid in check they said im not qualify because my parents make to much so i have to take out a loan. but i was awarded that 3000 dollars....im confused?
Do i get a refund check from financial aid?
