DO I GET A PELL GRANT CHECK && A FINANCIAL AID CHECK!!!?

pell grant check...the total all together is 976...so i just 488 in the mail and im guessing the other 488 will come later...oh i forgot for the first time students at calhoun they require you to pay the full amount which is $1,235.00 my grandfather paid for that but my friend told me that the pell grant which is 976 will go to my grandfather but that still doesnt make since to me HELP PLEASE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
