I Eat 1,300 Calories A Day Ride My Bike 50 Miles A Day And Lift Weights 3 Times A Week And Also Run. Is She Wrong? I Am 161 Pounds 6ft Male And 19%Fat 130 Pounds Lean Mass. Should I Eat More Iam trying to get down to race weight which is 150 pounds.
Keep in mind I have 31 pounds of fat on my body cause im 19% fat so I am trying to lose weight down to 150 pounds.

dude.
men shouldnt lose weight unless they have belly fat or are obese..
just work out and eat meat and steak alot and eat hamburgers and junk food whenever you feel like it..
if your fit you wont get fat cuz the muscles are blocking the fat so your muscles will get more stronger.. its true..
just run or jog everyday outside not a treadmil cuz a while running on a treadmil is bad cuz u dont get fresh air.. and its bad for ur lungs and u will run slower than ever if you keep running on a treadmil.. so jog or run outside in the morning in the fresh air or ride your bike.. either one will get u in shape and u will stay fit..

Ouch! that'll do damage in future.

You need to be taking in at least 2000-2200 cals per day. The amount your intaking will result in many health issues after a prolonged period (eating away at muscle mass, decreasing bone density *osteoporosis* etc)

With the amount of activity your doing you need to be taking in about 2400-2600 with your hight aswell.

I'm guessing you compete aswell, in which case when it comes to racing season cut down, but the rest of the year for your sake increase your intake!

First, you are supposed to have some fat on you. Second, if your nutritionist says that you're not eating enough then you probably aren't. Remember, she's been specially trained for this sort of thing so trust her!

Good luck and God be with you!
