I am new to all those website stuff like html..xhtml,css, I want to make a professional looking page for my website, and i want to make it from dreamweaver, so to do dreamweaver do i atleast need to know html, xhtml and css? if so how long does it take to learn html xhtml and css.

No you get some web templates then use a WYSIWYG html editor (pagebreeze) to personalise the site

It depends how professional you want it to be. If you want a really professional site I suggest learning at w3schools.com. If you just want a site that works, I suggest a free service like Piczo.com or Webs.com.

Yes, you need to know them. w3schools.com has the best tutorials for learning them. HTML, XHTML then CSS -- in that order. You shouldn't find it too difficult.
