Do Honda's cost more to repair than Chevrolet's?

My husband is a courier and puts approx. 30k miles/year. These are hard miles, tons of stop & go between houses. His car died (Subaru Outback) after 200k. The repairs on that vehicle were really high (nightmare because everything is integrated AWD). He wants to use my car (2001 Honda Accord Coupe EX V6) for his job. I was thinking of trading my car in for a Chevy Malibu thinking it would be cheaper in the long run. I'm not sure what to do at this point. I want to take to most cost effective route.
 
honda's cost more to repair, but they don't need repairs as often as chevy's. Probably in the long run the honda will end up being cheaper because it will last longer.
