do hobbyshops repair die cast airplane models?

my plane is not broken/broken one wing looks more slanted than the other. the plane is called the su 33 (type it on ebay). i made the wings fold but only one stood up but the other wouldnt and i tried to put it up i heard a little snap. like something popped off. nothing broke but now the wing looks lower than the other wing. so can hobbyshops fix the plane or it cant? it is metal not plastic or wooden
