I am going into high school this fall and i was talking with my friend and she said that she wanted to come up with some ideas for her schools culture fest, (she lives in washington same as me) and i never knew high schools in washington did that. I have heard for others that they don't have that though so in America do they have culture fests in high school?
do high schools have culture festivals?
