My boyfriend and I found our 1 year old teddy bear hamster dead in a corner of his cage the other day. We checked on him a couple hours before and he was fine and doing his usual activities( climbing up the bars, chewing on the bars, and had tons of energy). His death has come as a shock to us because we didn't expect it what so ever. We are looking for some sort of closure as to why he died.
